The best dungeon masters know the balance between crafting the perfect quest and setting the adventuring party free to explore. How can we design work experiences that both meet the needs of the organization AND the professional goals of the workers? In this workshop, two supervisor-supervisee pairs will model collaborative goal setting, and then we will work together to practice renegotiating goals to create happier and more productive players and dungeon masters alike. All are welcome regardless of your supervisional status!
