I manage the day-to-day operations of the Makerspace at the University of Georgia's Science Library. My background is wide-ranging but mostly arts-based -- I've taught glass fusing, hand embroidery, e-textiles, 3D printing, and laser cutting, as well as facilitated discussions about gender in virtual reality, consciousness theory, and moon lore. I perform music and curate multi-media performances in Athens, Georgia. I like thinking through ways supposedly disparate areas (disciplines, resources, etc.) can collaborate. What are you working on?
